Iguana XXX Habanero Pepper Sauce
Featuring a 50% aged habanero base with carrot, onion, garlic, tomato and lime juice rounding out this full-bodied blend. The brilliant, natural orange colour comes from the dominiant ripe habanero and carrot base. Not to be confused with ridiculously hot habanero sauces that are fortified with pepper extracts, this sauce is, as the labels, "Pretty Damn Hot" without being unnaturally so ................................................................................................................ $5.95
Iguana Gold - Island Pepper Sauce SOLD OUT
A habanero & mustard-based Bajan-West Indian style pepper sauce that is "medium-hot" with a delicious tangy flavour. Further complexity is achieved by the addition of fresh onion, garlic, carrot, cucumber and aromatic spices. We believe that toning down the heat a little on this complex habanero blend gives the sauce a higher-than-typical "utility rate" .........................................................................................................$5.95
Iguana Mean Green Jalapeno Pepper Sauce
"Hot n' Tasty" the mild to medium heat (mildest sauce in the Iguana range) contains a delicate balance between the moderate heat of the Jalapeno and its unique, "herbal" flavour. The philosophy on this sauce is simply that, "it shouldn't be gratuitously hot, forsaking flavour". The first wave of flavour is the wonderful onion, garlic and jalapeno blend, followed a few seconds into the ride with a perfect dose of fabulous jalapeno heat ....................................................................... $5.95

Mango-Passion Pepper Sauce
The passions of the islands come alive in this sweet and fruity pepper sauce infused with a wee bit of habanero heat. Mango, papaya and passion fruit are blended in a honey base with a wonderful hint of exotic spices to bring out the best in your most treasured meat and seafood dishes. Fruity, spicy, flavorful and fabulous. Mix Mango-Passion Pepper Sauce with some light libations, the sweet 'tink of island drums and just the right company and -- well, my goodness, the possibilities are endless.
